Where we met
Steve Valko and Bernadette Buerke
It all started on a softball field back in the fall of 2007...
Steve Valko and Bernadette Buerke first got to know each other by being on the same softball team in the fall of 2007. They started going out and getting to know each other. They went their seperate ways for about a year and got back together at the Christmas dance in 2008. They found out they had a lot of "me too" moments, including Eucharistic Adoration. Two and half years later in July 2011 Steve proposed to Bernadette in church in front of the blessed sacrament. They plan to marry around September 2012.
