Where we met

Melissa Hess and Giuseppe Taormina

Melissa and Giuseppe met a year ago at a CSAC Hippie Party at Ann and Paul Van Meter's home. There they talked, played darts, and flirted all night. At the end of the evening, Melissa knew she couldn't let him go without exchanging numbers. So, she asked him if he'd like her number. With a shocked look on his face he said YES. They went on their first date downtown St. Louis at the riverfront, where they went on a romantic carriage ride. A year later on Sept.19th Giuseppe recreated their first date with a limo, flowers, a carriage ride, and a marriage proposal. Melissa and Giuseppe will be getting married June 14th 2008 in St. Charles, MO. They are very thankful for the friendships and love that CSAC has given.
